WELLNESS RETREATS Sound Bath Meditation Experience with Sherry Ballentine of Akoma Wellness Retreats Enjoy an acoustic sound healing journey to calm the mind, relax the body, clear the subconscious and activate the body’s natural healing system. Participants are immersed in the soothing sounds produced by crystal bowls and other instruments.This meditative experience uses sound vibration and frequency to induce relaxation and enhance emotional and mental well-being.

FRESH Exhibition ArtSpace NC
FRESH a biennial fundraising exhibition that celebrates the incredible creative output across North Carolina.This years juror is Jessica Orzulak, Associate Curator of the Asheville Art Museum. I have been selected out of 270 Artist to be one of 35 Artists to exhibit in FRESH ArtSpace. I will also be competing for one of three monetary prizes.
